Part I – Registering for an account

  1. Go to harvest-hills.com
  2. From the top menu, select “Register”
  3. Fill out the Your Information section. Phone number and gender are optional.
  4. Add an address, this should be just the street address. Sometimes your browser will try and auto-fill the address from the first few characters. This may cause trouble for the site validating the address. If you only use the street address it works better.
  5. Click Register. The account is created and will be reviewed by the management company to be approved for full access. This approval step allows us to keep the neighborhood’s sensitive data protected.

Part II – Registering for a joint account

There are two options for registering for a joint account. If joint owners share an email address, select Option 1. If joint owners have individual email accounts, select Option 2.

Option 1 – register for a joint account with combined first names and a shared email

  1. Go to harvest-hills.com (see Part I above)
  2. From the top menu, select “Register” (see Part I above)
  3. Fill out the Your Information section. Phone number and Gender are optional. (see Part I above)
    1. Add the name of the joint owner when you add the name.
  4. Complete address section (see Part I above)

Option 2 – Add a member for the joint owner with a unique email address.

  1. Go to harvest-hills.com (see Part I above)
  2. From the top menu, select “Register” (see Part I above)
  3. Fill out the Your Information section. Phone number and Gender are optional. (see Part I above)
  4. Click add member
  5. Select Joint member
  6. Enter the information of the joint member. Phone number and Gender are optional.
  7. Complete address section (see Part I above)
